We understand that your time is valuable and our customer support team schedules service calls on the hour. This eliminates the problem of having to stand by all afternoon for the repairman.  If we encounter difficulty on a service call prior to yours, we will call you to advise you of the delay or re-schedule.

Payment for service is expected at the time the service is rendered, unless prior arrangements are made. For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards.
