Maintenance agreements and extended warranties are available to those who desire this level of service. Some facilities must have 100% of their security infrastructure operating 100% of the time.

Both maintenance agreements and extended warranties are based on the value of the equipment installed and are available for systems installed by MultiLink or by others. Systems installed by others will require an inspection to determine if the equipment is operating properly before MultiLink will engage an agreement.

MultiLink can  provide ‘round the clock service, 365 days a year to customers with maintenance agreements and provide service and repair during normal business hours to extended warranty holders.
