Our knowledgeable staff can assist you from our office using various remote connection tools. MultiLink provides remote support at no charge for those customers who are under a maintenance agreement. Remote support sessions are billed to your credit card and the time starts at log on.
MultiLink maintains a wide variety of remote upload/download support software. We provide our customers with code changes and system parameter changes upon request. This service is available at no charge to existing MultiLink customers. We maintain the most recent versions of software for General Electric, Bosch, DSC, Ademco, Napco and others.
